The Restoried Garden Experience

The RGE is a small-group transformative journey built around a simple truth:

Your life flourishes the same way a garden does, through the quiet work God designed into creation: roots, light, water, soil, pollination, and bloom.

This isn’t a gardening class.
It’s a guided reset for your body, mind, heart, and spirit using the language of a garden ecosystem as the path home.

Each week, you’ll learn a gentle practice, a grounding rhythm, and a faith-centered reflection designed to help you create peace inside your body and your home, not by trying harder, but by living in the way you were created.

No perfection.
No overwhelm.
Just a simple, sacred return.

Who This Is For

The RGE is for the woman who:

  • Feels stretched thin or overstimulated

  • Wants to slow down but doesn’t know how

  • Has a relationship with God but struggles to create space to hear Him

  • Wants her home to feel calmer, softer, more grounded

  • Feels disconnected from her body, her rhythm, or her purpose

  • Knows she needs real support, but not more noise

  • Craves beauty, simplicity, and spiritual depth

  • Is carrying too much, and doesn’t want to keep living on empty

You don’t need experience with gardening or wellness.
You only need a desire to begin again.

The RGE Framework

Deep Health taught through the Garden Ecosystem

Inside the Restoried Garden Experience, transformation unfolds through six interconnected garden forces, each one mirroring an essential dimension of human flourishing.

Roots— Existential Health

Meaning. Purpose. Values. Faith. Identity. Direction.

Your roots are what ground you—who you are, what you believe, what matters most, and what gives your life meaning.

Tree roots covered in moss along a dirt path in a forest.

Light — Mental Health

Attention. Clarity. Focus. Screen overwhelm. Mental quiet.
Where your attention goes, your life grows.

Sunlight shining through green leaves and foliage in a forest or garden during daylight.

Water — Emotional Health

Naming feelings. Releasing pressure. Restoring softness.
Emotional hydration for a depleted heart.

Soil— Environmental Health

Home. Surroundings. Nature. Technology. Rhythms. Sensory environment.

The conditions around you can either support your growth or make it harder to thrive.

Pollination— Relational Health

Marriage. Motherhood. Friendship. Boundaries. Belonging. Community.

We are shaped through connection—and we help shape the lives of those around us.

The Plant — Physical Health

Sleep. Nourishment. Movement. Energy. Recovery. Embodiment. Nervous-system regulation.

Your body is the living organism you are tending—affected by, and responding to, the entire ecosystem around it.

This is the Restoried Ecosystem—your personalized model for tending the interconnected dimensions of a whole, rooted, faith-centered life.

Like a garden, Deep Health isn't created by tending one part in isolation. Roots, soil, light, water, connection and the health of the plant itself continually influence one another. When one area changes, the whole ecosystem responds.

The 6-week Rhythm

  • Person planting a small green seedling in a terracotta pot on a wooden table outdoors, with gardening tools and a smartphone nearby.

Week 1 — Roots: Reconnecting With What Grounds You

Explore meaning, values, faith, identity and purpose. Reconnect with what matters most and what you want this season of life to stand for.

  • A garden scene with sunlight filtering through trees, a blue wheelbarrow filled with twigs or dried plant materials, and various potted plants and garden structures in the background.

Week 2 — Light: Quieting the Mind and Calming Overstimulation

    Reduce noise.
    Redirect attention.
    Restore clarity and focus.

  • Watering plants with a garden spray nozzle next to a teal scooter.

Week 3 — Water: Softening, Feeling, Releasing

Learn to tend emotions with compassion, not suppression. Find steadiness in the ebb and flow.

  • A gardening scene featuring a potted plant, powdered soil, a small terracotta pot, a black plastic pot, garden pruning shears with red handles, a gray watering can, and soil scattered on a beige surface.

Week 4 — Soil: Creating Conditions That Support Your Wellbeing

Notice how your home, surroundings, technology, routines and connection with nature affect how you feel and function. Begin changing the environment instead of relying solely on willpower.

  • A bee collecting nectar from a cluster of pink and white flowers on a green plant.

Week 5 — Pollination: Restoring Relationship and Connection

Strengthen connection, communication and belonging. Consider the relationships that nourish you—and how you nurture those around you.

  • Sunset lighting on purple and pink flowers in a planter on a balcony with a wooden railing and trees in the background.

Week 6 — The Plant: Tending Your Physical Health

Bring the ecosystem back to the body.

Explore simple, sustainable rhythms for sleep, nourishment, movement, energy and recovery—and identify what your body needs in this season.

And Then, Bloom

Bloom isn't another pillar to master.

It's what we often notice when the ecosystem is being tended.

And not every healthy plant flowers. Some grow deeper roots. Some produce fruit. Some send out new leaves. Some simply become stronger and more resilient for the season ahead.

Flourishing will not look the same for every woman.

The goal isn't to force yourself to bloom.

It's to learn how to tend the life you've been given.
