Thank you for your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing your transaction.

1. Digital Products (Downloads & Online Materials)

All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to downloadable PDFs, guides, cheat sheets, and digital resources, are final sale and non-refundable once access has been delivered.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except as required by applicable law.

Faulty or Defective Digital Products

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the digital product as intended (for example, a corrupted file or broken download link), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at: support@restoriedgardens.com

We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • correct the issue,

  • provide a replacement file, or

  • restore access.

If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, a refund may be issued at our discretion or as required by law.

No Refunds for Preference or Misuse

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • change of mind

  • lack of use

  • dissatisfaction with content style or tone

  • failure to read product descriptions before purchase

  • inability to implement the material due to personal circumstances

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Physical Products (If Applicable in the Future)

If Restoried Gardens offers physical products in the future, separate return and refund terms will apply and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Consumer Rights (U.S. & International)

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you may have under applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
Where mandatory consumer protections apply, this policy will be interpreted to comply with those requirements.
